The Challenge
RTE is the national broadcaster for Ireland with media outlets across radio, television and online. RTE requires a high level of security solutions services due to the public nature of the organisation. It presents unique security challenges because of the varied production and building complexities of the location. Confidentiality, with strategic placement of cameras, is also a high priority.
The Solution
Encom assessed the surveillance requirements and coverage areas to determine optimal camera placement. Our design and engineering teams installed cameras, cabling and network infrastructure and Video Management Software. We configured the network settings, conducted testing, provided training to RTE staff and provided hand-over documentation for total system operation.
The Outcome
