The Challenge
The Heyday Carman’s Hall Student Accommodation is a state-of-the-art student residence located in Dublin city center. For this development, the residential units required the installation of premium Access Control, CCTV and Intercom systems.
The Solution
Encom provided comprehensive integrated security solutions for this development, including installation and 24/7 reactive maintenance services. Salto Access Control products were installed for this location, across all apartment units. Cameras were installed across 73 respective locations, which were integrated with a Video Management System. The integration of all security solutions components has allowed for a positive and seamless tenant experience. .
